Tracking
You get a tracking email when your book is sent, so you can follow it to the door.
Sending it as a gift
Send it straight to them: enter their address at checkout. We don’t put a price or an invoice in the parcel.
Outside Australia
We deliver within Australia only for now. If you live overseas, you can still send a book to an Australian address.
If it arrives damaged
Email hey@paperlake.com.au with a photo of the damage and we’ll remake it, or refund you if you’d rather. See returns and remakes.
